We offer four tiers: Free, Starter, Pro, and Team. Free gets you 5,000 words per month on one device. Starter gives you 50,000 words across 2 devices. Pro is unlimited words on up to 5 devices. Team is unlimited words on up to 20 devices.
How is usage measured?
Usage is counted in transcribed words per billing period. Your limit resets at the start of each billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise invoice billing is available on request.
How does the billing cycle work?
Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and continue using your plan until the end of the paid period.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Can I change my plan later?
